Set in the eclectic beach village of Grayton Beach on Florida’s Gulf Coast, this coastal home is all about location. The sandy shoreline is just steps away, while the included golf cart and bikes make exploring local restaurants and shops a breeze. Back at home, there’s plenty to tempt you to stay put – from the private indoor pool with its swim-up bar to the many porches overlooking the Gulf. Well suited to multi-generational stays, the layout includes two sitting rooms and a bunk room for children sharing. The standout, though, is the self-contained primary suite, complete with a private sitting room and sea-facing deck.

Home truths:
*If you’re travelling with little ones, a cot and high chair can be provided. You’ll need to request these with your host in advance.
*Private parking is available for five cars.
*The bunk bedroom sleeps three guests in total. We think this bedroom is better suited to children sharing.
*At full occupancy, the final two guests will sleep on a sofa bed in the primary bedroom.
*A six-person golf cart and seven adult bikes are included. Bikes must be locked when unattended, and no overnight storage off the property is allowed.
*There is lift access to all four levels of the home.
