Holiday Rental Description

With the lake just steps away and panoramic views all around, this home is as picturesque as it looks. You'll find it in a small gated community, just a short walk from the beach. There's access to a communal pool, along with nearby docks when you're in the mood to hit the water. Back home, you can make the most of the setting from the many balconies – each one is just as comfortable as the last. The outdoor lounge is a nice touch, too. With ping pong, a TV screen, and an outdoor sofa, it has kids' hangout written all over it. We think this is an easy choice for anyone craving a slower-paced coastal escape.

Home truths:
*The bunk bedroom is only suitable for younger guests. We'd suggest a maximum guest count of eight adults and four children.
*A lift is available to all three floors upon request.
*The dining table seats six comfortably, but extra chairs are provided – though it will be a squeeze for everyone. There's additional seating at the breakfast bar.
*You'll have access to the neighbourhood's swimming pool here. It's unheated and shared with other guests.
*Parking is available on the driveway for four cars.
*You'll need to bring your own pool and beach towels.
*The lead guest must be at least 26 years old.
