Turquoise water views carry through from the rooftop all the way down to the main living space, where expansive windows frame the Gulf at every turn. Two beach access points are steps away, while Seagrove's dining and shops are an easy ride on one of the six bikes or the included golf cart. Back inside, custom woodwork and natural textures give the interiors a warm, grounded feel that the sea views only amplify.

Home truths:
* If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
* Beach and pool towels aren't provided here, so make sure to pack your own – bath towels and linens from the home aren't permitted outside.
* Note that the driveway is off-limits for parking or unloading before 4pm – plan your arrival time accordingly, especially if you're driving in with a car full of luggage.
* Six adult bikes and a six-passenger golf cart are included in your stay.
* The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
* The fifth bedroom has a bunk-style setup, with two single beds on the lower level separated by a divider and a single bunk above.
