This Florida home is just a short stroll from the beach. Ready-made for a group getaway, you’ve got a private swimming pool, a choice of balconies, and an alfresco dining area to enjoy. And at the end of the day, head up to the roof terrace to watch the sunset as you admire the sea views. In the surrounding area, you’ll find more beaches, nature trails, and a vibrant dining scene. And if you want to leave the car at home, your host provides bikes and a golf buggy for getting around. Please note that a lot of beds have been fitted into this home, so at full capacity, multiple guests will need to share bedrooms.

Home truths:
*At full occupancy, eight guests will sleep in a bunk room which has two king over king bunk beds. This room is best suited to children.
*Two of the bedrooms here sleep four guests each in a superking bed and a single over single bunk bed.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
*The swimming pool is fitted with an alarm. You’ll need to bring your own pool towels.
*Your host provides six bicycles and a six-seater golf cart for you to use during your stay.
*The lead guest must be at least 25 years old to rent this home.
*There’s free parking for multiple cars here and an electric vehicle charging point.
