Found within a bustling block one mile south of campus, the home offers more comfort and privacy than a typical one bedroom apartment, with a separate bedroom, bathroom and utility room all connecting with the more versatile living room, kitchen and dining area. You'll also have shared access to the block's amenities, which include a heated pool, a well equipped gym, and a communal lounge for networking and socialising. The university is a twenty five minute walk away, or a five minute drive if time is of the essence.

*At full occupancy, two guests will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the living area.
*You'll have access to the swimming pool (available all year round from 10am to 7pm), on-site gym and lounge here. They're shared with the building's other residents.
