*Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles (2 in the garage, 2 in the driveway). The driveway is short, so smaller vehicles fit best. Street parking is prohibited year-round.

*The driveway cannot accommodate boat storage. Alternative storage will need to be arranged separately.

*Outdoor firepits and outdoor fireplaces are strictly prohibited due to wildfire regulations.

*Firewood is not provided for the indoor fireplace; guests should purchase locally if planning to use it.

*Mountain internet can be slower than urban speeds, especially during peak periods or storms.
