Holiday Rental Description

Set among the trees in Tahoe Donner, this home feels bright, modern and easy to settle into. Big windows bring in the light (and plenty of pine views), while the open kitchen naturally becomes the place everyone gathers. In the evenings, the gas fireplace and oversized sofa make it hard to resist a slow night in. The layout suits families or groups well, with a calm, spa-like main suite, inviting upstairs bedrooms, a fun bunk room and a lower-level suite that adds a bit of extra privacy. With trails, ski resorts and downtown Truckee just a short drive away, it’s a relaxed, good-looking base for year-round mountain stays.

Home truths:
*The driveway is very steep. In winter months, a 4WD or AWD vehicle (and sometimes chains) is strongly advised.

*There is parking for four vehicles (garage and driveway combined). Street parking is prohibited year-round within Tahoe Donner.

*Mountain internet is provided, but speeds can be slower and less consistent than in urban areas.

*Six guest cards are included for access to Tahoe Donner amenities. Each card is valid for one guest aged 3+, and a daily, non-transferable fee applies per person. Children under 3 are free.

*The primary bedroom closet is not available for guest use.
