The apartment was well equipped and in very clean condition. The only two negative points 1. It was pretty cold in the apartment, which the tenant on the ground floor confirmed. Point 2. The existing fireplace is not allowed to be used when we would have been so happy to make the temperature in the apartment more comfortable.

Cozy apartment, nicely furnished, clean and with an amazing view. However, only 2 people can eat or sit on the balcony. Sometimes it's quite noisy because of the restaurant. But we would come back anytime.

The apartment is really very well furnished. Practically everything you need in the kitchen was there. However, the filter on the extractor hood was missing and this was done before our arrival (and probably not for a long time before that) and thus old oil was constantly dripping onto the stovetop underneath. Otherwise everything was really clean. And the sofa is clearly too small for 4 people (2 adults & 2 children).

We really enjoyed our stay at the Busbai and felt comfortable. The apartment is very pleasant and the children really enjoyed their kingdom on the 1st floor. What's really great is that it also has a toilet on the 1st floor, so you don't have to go down the spiral staircase if you need to use the toilet at night. And the view is just gorgeous! The support provided by the responsible person was also ideal! We have already booked again for spring.

The apartment in Ronco convinced us above all because of the great location and the view. The facility is a bit older but still in good shape. We found the beds to be extremely comfortable. It was a very nice stay.

The supervisor responsible for the apartment was very helpful and friendly. We would be happy to stay in this apartment again at any time! Parking spaces (for a fee) around the house or garage can be rented.

Very friendly and helpful owner. Very spacious apartment fully equipped. The view is phenomenal! Lots of sun on the balcony, no umbrella available. The bedrooms have no curtains, so the day starts a bit early. We really enjoyed it here.
