Nearby attractions: Gandria 2 km, Swiss Miniatur, Melide 10 km, Museum of Chocolat, Caslano 13 km, Outlet Fox Town, Mendrisio 22 km, Lido di Lugano 1.6 km, Mercato: Ponte Tresa IT, Como IT. For some time now, we have been coming to the pleasant apartment in January to enjoy the glorious Ticino sun. Those who are not longing for a magnificent view of the lake are in good hands there.

We have rented this apartment several times. She matched our needs and requirements. However, this time we had difficulties with the reserved parking space at the beginning. Furthermore, after a few days, the heating was switched off during the day, although according to the MZA in Ticino, the outside temperature was only 11 degrees. When we complained, the matter was corrected.

At the edge of the bathroom there was a lot of mold. It was really gross. The small kitchen stinks because there is no ventilation. If you need photos of the mold I can send them to you.

We have rented the apartment several times and have always been satisfied. The travel documents indicated the cost of a parking space as CHF 5.00/day. However, we were then charged CHF 8.00/day. We therefore ask for precise cost information when making our next reservation. Many Thanks.

Unfortunately, the apartment has no lake view, should be more noticeable in the description. Kitchen and toilet outdated, in need of renovation. Parking very tight! Otherwise quiet and pleasant apartment.

Came on a Sunday. I was told there were mosquitoes and it would be nice to buy a plug. Garbage bags had to be paid separately. The apartment did not have a hair dryer or a fan (it was 27 degrees in the apartment the first night). The shower head was not cleaned and it sprayed everywhere. The bedside lamps did not work. For 2 weeks there were 2 hand towels and the same for the body (for 2 people. Very expensive for the offer.

We have used this apartment several times and are satisfied overall. To be improved: -) In the kitchen there were not enough drinking glasses (wine glasses ok). -) The NATEL reception was bad. Does it have WiFi? -) The closet handle in the room (next to the beds) is loose. Kind regards HP Plüss 01/27/20

We didn't get a room with a view as stated on the booking page which was the reason why we even went for that apartment. Bathroom was mouldy and we couldn't sit on the seats they were in poor condition. Television was not working and when it did work it was in Italian language.

This flat consists of a large living/dining room with a pull down double bed on the inner wall. The second room is a fair sized double bedroom. Both rooms are well supplied with cupboards and we found the beds comfortable. The balcony has a pleasant outlook. The kitchen is small but well equipped, though there are no consumables (salt, tea bags etc) provided at all. The owner is friendly and helpful, the suburb is quiet, well served by buses, and lake views are a short walk away.
