Stepped path (15 steps) to the house. Parking. Shop 15 km, grocery 700 m, restaurant 200 m, bus stop 250 m, railway station "Tenero" 15 km, outdoor swimming pool 15 km, public bathing area 15 km. Golf course 18 km, tennis 15 km. , Please note: the surrounding area / garden is only partially fenced.

We spent a great week in this rustico. It's very small, but has everything you need. It's very clean. The kitchen is well equipped. The 'children's room' has a double bed and is a good size. The master bedroom is very small. However, the bed is super comfortable, so I accept that the closet can only be opened halfway ;-). The garden is also rather small but it has very comfortable chairs. And the parasol is worth its weight in gold.

We stayed 10 days in this rustici, unfortunately the photos are a bit misleading about the actual size of the interior. For example, if you book the baby cot, you should know that there is no space for it in the room with the double bed. Some pieces of furniture are getting old and sometimes don't stand very well. The kitchen is very well equipped but the pans could be replaced again. What you have to know is that it is unfortunately very damp in the whole house.

A rustico, great in size for two adults with a dog. The house is comfortably furnished and has all the necessary utensils for a pleasant stay. Rather a bit negative: the shower room: is a bit old and deserves a renovation! The landlord; we never saw it. Thus, no deposit had to be made. However, a phone number was deposited to get help in case of problems. overall; recommended object.

Everything very clean and in good condition. If you have problems, you have a German-speaking very nice contact point. The bedrooms are quite small, the small garden is lovingly cared for and fenced in all around. The ideal house for 2 people with a dog! Directly from the house you are in a few minutes at the Verzasca or at the less frequented Osura. Negative points for us: - lots of flies - not as quiet as expected due to parking zone along the cul-de-sac

An almost ideal accommodation for two with only a few drawbacks, which also only apply to the living room furniture. There is a good Swedish stove in the living room, which also produces heat after a period of warm-up. If you want to do without electric heat like we do, the duvets are warm enough.
