Lots of private space, great swimming pool, and of course a delicious fish restaurant downstairs. For our only disadvantage: there are about 15 cats walking around and one of our dogs really went crazy about it. Furthermore, friendly people! Highly recommended without a dog. ps it is not possible to walk to relax at the lake!

The apartment is at the back of the house. Size and cleanliness were good, furnishings simple but comfortable. The outdoor area is very well maintained, the pool with loungers is great. The dedicated restaurant is very popular, so it's very busy there during opening hours. Above all, parking spaces... that also affects the holiday guests, you can hardly get out or in from the property. About 15 cats live on the property, which is important for dog owners to know.

We had a wonderful time at Lake Trasimeno in our apartment with private pool. The hosts were friendly, courteous and gave us a warm welcome. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Despite the adjoining restaurant, you have a good level of privacy. We had dinner there twice and it was delicious both times. We can well imagine booking this accommodation again.

The family's restaurant is absolutely top class, both in terms of food and staff (friendly, fast, helpful .....). You feel like you're part of the family. Absolutely recommendable if you want to experience and enjoy Italy pure, away from the hustle and bustle.

Beautiful accommodation with a great view and a great pool. Good restaurant directly at the house. Perfect as a starting point for exploring Umbria and Tuscany. Only the lack of air conditioning (was also known when booking) was a disadvantage at 40 degrees. Knowledge of Italian is an advantage.

Very nice holiday home with a nice landlord. You have to keep in mind that the holiday home is directly behind the owner's restaurant with normal restaurant operations, which we never found disturbing. On the contrary, it's rather practical not having to worry about where to go to eat and how to get home after a few glasses of wine. By the way really good restaurant. Knowledge of Italian is an advantage when communicating with the owner

Lovingly furnished apartment (semi-detached house). Beautiful views of Lake Trasimeno from the newly created pool. Ideal starting point to discover Umbria. The landlord's restaurant is also in the same building and is open in the evenings. Italian language skills are an advantage for communication.

The apartment is beautiful, with a fireplace, very nice bathrooms, closed parking lot, with a view of the lake, in a large garden with a small playground and a top restaurant next to it. Ideal as a starting point, close to many attractions such as Perugia, islands in Lake Trasimeno, Umbria and Tuscany. Really recommendable!!!
