An easy drive from Perugia, this dreamy villa is perfect for several families or a large group of friends. It’s on a 14th-century estate amid stunning vistas of the Umbrian hills, and is spread between the main villa and an annex – you’ll all be able to enjoy your privacy when you’re not spending time together as a group. This is a traditional home, rustic and authentic in style; we loved the vaulted ceilings and the restored carpenter’s table, where you can prepare cocktails. Outside, there’s a swimming pool, a gazebo, and a red clay tennis court. Your host can arrange private chefs and cooking classes to make your stay all the more special.

*There are stairs to climb at this home so it may not be suitable for those with reduced mobility.
*While not every bathroom has been photographed, we expect the style and standard to be consistent with the rest of the home.
*Your host may be able to provide a cot for little ones.
*We think the bunk bed room is best suited to children. The top bunk is accessible via stairs.
