Spacious and comfortable house furnished with lots of charm and warmth. Terrace, garden, veranda and swimming pool with a magnificent view of the lake. Everything is perfect.

The villa was exceptional and value for money. Location private yet easily accessible for amenities. Gardens were very welcome providing shade. Pool area incredibly clean and well maintained. Owner lovely and so was his restaurant !

The house is very comfortably furnished and very spacious. In the kitchen you will find all the necessary equipment, enough crockery, glasses, etc. Only a coffee machine is not available. The rooms are spacious. beds comfortable. The garden area is also very well maintained and totally fenced in. A really steep driveway leads to the house. However, passable without any problems. The restaurant of the house owner can really be recommended. We can highly recommend Massimo's.

House quite nice Only 4 coffee cups, 1 of which was chipped, not enough cutlery, fortunately I had my pillow, cloth ducks and bed linen, as well as towels with me, since the landlord's did not meet my expectations. M. is very nice and accommodating and of course the low price is also to be taken into account. The sofas in the living room are badly worn out.

Very nice complex with a perfect quiet location. The house offers space for every occasion. The pool is a dream including a separate jacuzzi. If required, there is even a whirlpool in the upper area. The equipment in the kitchen more than adequate. Nothing was left to be desired. WiFi is also available. No hidden costs that could arise additionally. The facility is maintained once a week by the landlord, who is very discreet.

Very nice landlord, only speaks Italian, but has friends who can help out with English or German. His restaurant XXX is also highly recommended. The best restaurant in the area. The house has been lovingly furnished by its owner. The property is absolutely amazing. The pool and hot tub are a feast for the eyes. The only criticism is the lack of a coffee maker. Otherwise thumbs up. Also recommended: The owner's fish restaurant in the neighboring town.

Perfectly furnished! During our two-week vacation, the weather was frequently rainy and cool. However, the house could be heated well, which still made the stay pleasant. The location and the house are simply fantastic. The daily groceries can be bought in the shop in San Feliciano, which is easily accessible by bike (about 2 km). Highly recommended: The Ristorante XXX 20 minutes walk through the forest above the villa!

We stayed in the holiday home at the end of May and were very satisfied: - The location is good, there are many beautiful medieval villages or towns to visit in the area. If, like us, you don't like big tourist swarms, you're better off in Umbria than in Tuscany. - The house is spacious, the beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are comfortable. It stays cool due to its construction. - There are several nice seats around the house and in the garden. You can find sun in the garden and by the pool, larger trees always offer nice shade. The garden is very well maintained and the hillside location has a favorable climate. - The landlord has everything under control and always makes sure that everything is in order. He also owns a restaurant nearby that serves very good food. Since I like to cook myself and there are excellent supermarkets in Italy, we unfortunately only tried it once. There is fish, but also other dishes at fair prices.
