Villa Caggio Apartment 3

A beautiful building located in a quiet, rural setting, immersed in the regional environment. The best part is that in the distance you can see the fumaroles of Larderello, one of our main attractions. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and very pleasant in the local style. The nearby village is remarkable, offering all types of shops. Parking is quite easy, following the recommendations of our host, whom we thank for adapting to our impromptu arrival.

A wonderful place, wonderful hosts! A beautiful view of the Tuscan hills, which you can enjoy in the morning with your morning coffee. An ideal place for trips to Siena, San Gimignano, Montepulciano or Florence and of course to Volterra (it stole my heart). We only regret that our time there passed so quickly :-)

We really enjoyed our stay in Tuscany. The property is well-kept and friendly. Very beautiful surroundings with a great view, recommended. You need a car to get to Volterra, the unpaved road goes quite uphill and is not ideal for hiking. The opportunities for walking with the dog at Villa Caggio are rather limited (the path is closed or passage is not permitted). But in Volterra it is top.

Spacious and comfortable apartment, with added charm. A big favorite for the terrace under the arcades and the view of the swimming pool. Ideal for relaxing and a very good starting point for walking in a magnificent region. Two pedal strokes from Volterra (by electric bike). Owner available and very friendly.

We are now for the 5th time in Villa Caggio and always very satisfied. The location is quiet, beautiful view, just typical Tuscany. The house has been lovingly rebuilt from a ruin in Tuscan style. The owner family is very lovely and helpful if necessary. If you love peace, this house is highly recommended.

After we had found the property (the sat nav didn't have it, it worked with maps) we were received very friendly despite the late hour. Everything very clean and tidy, the hosts are super friendly. You can enjoy the sensational view over the Tuscan landscape while sunbathing by the pool or use the place as a good starting point for excursions in all directions in Tuscany. Overall highly recommended!

We are now in Villa Caggio for the 5th time and just happy to spend our holidays there. The friendship between the family and us is very warm and we have contact all year round.

For the 4th time this romantic place is our second home. We are extremely satisfied with everything and have a very good and friendly relationship with the owners. We will book again.

Splendid location, beautiful places to visit and in less than an hour to the sea; very well-kept and clean house, always ventilated area despite the high heat of the surroundings, exploitable swimming pool and very nice and helpful owners with two really special kids! We will definitely be back, see you soon!

The view of the landscape (and the starry sky) from the terrace was wonderful. The landlady and her two sons are very, very nice and helpful. Accommodation and facilities were excellent. We lacked nothing. The pool was also clean and refreshing. Beach chairs were always available. The facility was also used by the family and maintained. We never felt disturbed and only regretted that we couldn't talk to the landlady in Italian

We were very happy with the accommodation and the lovely family who look after the property. The kitchen equipment could be a bit more extensive. The essentials are there, but if you cook together, a second sharp knife would be helpful. Paring knife or mixer would also be good.

2-room apartment, clean, well furnished, everything available. Quietly located, away from street noise, swimming pool in the countryside, perfect for us. Friendly landlord, no problem.
