This house and the surroundings are absolutely amazing. Quiet surroundings with a fantastic view. We had a holiday with three generations and the setting was perfect - the big house with many rooms and bathrooms and then there are two lovely places to eat and an evening lounge. Can be strongly recommended.

Extraordinarily well-kept and spacious garden with a very large terrace. We were 2 families and really enjoyed our time. There is enough privacy both in and around the house. The various shady seats are a dream in the high temperatures. Very, very nice hosts. We would like to come back.

We stayed with two families, a total of 10 people. The house is more than big enough, although somewhat outdated which of course belongs to the charm. The mosquito windows, electricity and kitchen appliances are certainly due for renewal. The pool was also a strange color. The location is perfect as a base for many cities and wine castles. Be sure to bring plenty of mosquito repellent.

Top complex with pool, tennis court and large garden. The bedrooms all had fly screens, so airing them out at night was no problem, so you don't need air conditioning. Clean bathrooms and rustic but clean and correct furnishings also create a feel-good atmosphere inside. The kitchen facilities could do with an update, but everything is clean and practical. The pizzeria is about a 25-minute walk away and the highlights of Tuscany can be easily reached by car.

Ideal location, quiet with a superb swimming pool for relaxation after the visits. Terrace with stunning views over the hills. The dining room is a bit noisy when the weather does not allow us to stay outside, but we always use the exteriors for meals. We will keep very good memories.

Beautiful house, beautiful view, very friendly and helpful owner. Disadvantage: there is no toilet on the ground floor, this is a disadvantage for less mobile people.

Very nice big house with a large terrace, great shady seating for many people. The large stone table under the pavilion even has a rotating inner table top. The windows in the bedrooms have fly screens. Lots of space inside - which we didn't really use because of the pure sunshine. A large gas stove in the kitchen allows great cooking for many people. Pool is large with great views, plenty of loungers and umbrellas. fruit trees in the garden.

Beautiful villa with outstanding facilities. Set in acres of olive trees with breathtaking views, there is a swimming pool, tennis court and bicycles on offer. Free eggs and pick your own vegetables courtesy of the owner's father who lived in the next properly down the hill were an unexpected delightful bonus. Within easy reach of Empoli and Vinci for any necessary shopping and with lots of walking possibilities, the property ticks every box. The owner who met us on site was charming and nothing was too much trouble for him clearly wanting us to have an exceptional experience which we did.

The house was great. We had three knees and one dog on the way. everyone found enough space and peace in addition to common, good spaces. The pool met expectations, the tennis court was a positive surprise. Everything worked, the chef service was good. As a special plus; the host brought fresh eggs, vegetables, etc. every morning This item can be warmly recommended.

We really liked the house, which was maintained very tastefully and without a break in style, with an incredibly large and well-kept area. The house and the surrounding area also offer enough space and retreats for larger groups. Very friendly local people!
