Borgo Fontana Apartment 4

We had a very nice stay in a functionally furnished apartment. The landlord was very accommodating and helpful and supported us in all situations. Highly recommended as a convenient starting point in Tuscany. If you don't mind driving miles by car.

The property is nestled in 500 hectares of vineyards and olive groves, making it a particularly tranquil and restful place. This domicile in Tuscany is simply heavenly and made for relaxation.

We had a wonderful stay in a simply sublime setting surrounded by vineyards and olive trees. The photos conform to reality Everything was perfect thanks also to E. the owner of incredible kindness who welcomes us with small welcome gifts. The rental is ideally located to visit this splendid region.

A very nice property - we had wonderful days. The Fattoria is beautifully situated in the middle of vineyards - in less than 1 hour you are in the historic cities of Siena Florence (30 minutes by train) Pisa Lucca Volterra San Gimignano. The sea is also only 50 minutes away.

The apartment is large and well equipped, including two bathrooms, three air conditioners and a dishwasher. We were pleasantly surprised! The pool is really great and embedded in the large area, with a view of vineyards and hills. The location of the apartment is very convenient, many Tuscany hotspots can be reached in less than an hour. E. was always very helpful, gave us lots of tips, including a tour of his vineyards. We could speak to him at any time of the day

Beautifully situated with a wonderful view. Very friendly owners. In the middle of olive trees and vines. The apartment is barrier-free, the area is not at all. The apartment had some defects (flushing water defective, toilet seat loose, no WiFi reception, dishwasher defective, floorboards in the kitchen not installed, garden chair defective, very loud squeaking inner doors, insufficient dishes - only 2 cups, dirty dishes). The weekly linen change did not take place.

We have rented the 5p apartment (with 2p), you get a very spacious 2p bedroom and an extra 1p bedroom (if there are 5p, 2 must be on the sofa bed). The kitchen is fully equipped (with a dishwasher). The pool is directly opposite the cottage and this 5p app. has the entrance and a view directly on this. From the outside seating area you look far away over the beautiful landscape!! The location is very nice central to Florence, Pisa, Siena, Lucca, ideal. Owner XXX is very nice and helpful.
