Neglected and not clean house, swimming pool was damaged and was not cleaned properly. On arrival the grass was 30 cm high around the cottages and pool and was mowed days later as a meadow and not a lawn. In short, nice location but seriously neglected and not in proportion to the high price.

This detached cottage is located on a gated and well-maintained complex. It is fully equipped with mosquito nets. By keeping the entrance door closed as much as possible during the day and in the evening, you will not be bothered by flies or mosquitoes at night. Good base for trips to Volterra, Lucca, San Gimignano and even Siena and Firenze are easy to do. The owner is very friendly and helpful. In short: highly recommended

Faster internet. Only reason for mostliklely not going back is the slow internet. Pre–paid internet was unfortunately not the solution hoped for.All the rest is good.
