Il Selleria (TER105) Apartment 6

We spent two wonderful weeks in the Selleria apartment. We were very pleased with the accommodation and the entire complex. Clean, spacious, fully equipped, and meticulously maintained. It's a beautiful and very spacious park-like complex with plenty of greenery and shade. There's a large swimming pool, a lovely tennis court, and an indoor table tennis table. It's located in a beautiful area with charming villages and within an hour of the beach and towns/cities such as San Gimignano, Volterra, Pisa, and Lucca. We had excellent contact with the property manager, N. Highly recommended!

There are various apartments on a spacious area with solid, contemporary furnishings of an agritourismo accommodation. In addition to the tennis court and table tennis, the first-class pool area provides refreshing hours every day. The price-performance ratio is good. The parking space is shaded and the grounds are self-contained. As a guest, you receive a remote control to open the grounds. The hostess Nadja is very friendly and will help with questions and tips. the decor was outdated, the facilities insufficient (lack of crockery, all the cutlery mismatched...) we were invaded by ants and the apartment was very noisy, very poorly soundproofed from other rentals. We heard all sanitary uses at all hours of the day and night from our neighbors. when we told the owner the only solution considered was to hit the ceiling with the broom. everything was bet on the exterior tricky photos

Landlord very pleasant. Good location, quiet, a lot can be reached within 1 hour 30 minutes, beach, cities. Nice tours made with the MTB.
