Excellent farmhouse, if you love tranquility, the beauty of the place and the nearby towns, uncontaminated nature, the absence of noise this is the right place

Very quiet, if you like that, this is the place for you. Siena can be reached in 10 minutes. Since it was already quite fresh, one should mention beforehand that the heating may not be operated until the beginning of November, it was cold in the house. Kitchen facilities ok, The double bed only had one big blanket for 2 people. Dog costs 20 euros a day, why is that? But it was there in advance, so just a comment! Otherwise as described.

A great place to stay, I can only recommend it. Very quiet location, clean country house built in the Tuscan style, heart of the swimming pool. Very private location. The way there leads over a 1 km long gravel road. Host is extremely friendly. Also note the clean bath and bed linen which is changed after a week.

We spent a wonderful and relaxing week in the house. As described, it is very well equipped. Due to the seclusion there is a heavenly peace, at the very beautiful pool there are sun loungers and parasols. The cottage is an ideal starting point for excursions to beautiful Siena, San Gimignano, Arezzo, etc. Access is via a 1.5 km dirt road. The property is very well maintained, the hosts are very kind.

We had great days at the property. The apartment with the combination of Tuscan rustic ambience and a modern bathroom was ideal. The owners take care of the well-kept complex. Everything is as described and available. Due to the seclusion you have a lot of peace and can relax after days in cities with many other tourists. Tip: The restaurant "La Miniera" has great food and is very close.

There were two of us in the 1st week of June in this great house, in the beautiful and very quiet complex. Our expectations were exceeded. Very, very warm welcome from ... and her son - nothing was missing! Since the other two accommodations were not occupied during this time, we had the super nice pool to ourselves. It was a fantastic week-we'd love to come back anytime! ...

We spent a wonderful holiday on Bellaria. Villa Bellaria is ideal for people who want to discover the numerous sights of Tuscany during the day (of course with the tourism that goes with it) and who then look forward to returning to the beauty and tranquility of the estate. The manager and her son are very friendly, considerate and helpful hosts. You hardly hear anything from the other guests. The houses are far apart. You almost have the feeling of having this paradise all to yourself. The holiday home, newly furnished in 2018, is perfect for 2 people: a cozy country kitchen with a fireplace and modern kitchenette, a clear bedroom with new furniture, an almost luxurious bathroom with a large shower. The private, fenced garden with a patio under a shady tree is wonderful (so that our dog couldn't get lost in the Tuscan hills) and the fantastic pool, just a few steps below the holiday home. We mostly had the pool to ourselves, a wonderful luxury. We definitely want to come back.

Very nice house, all fixtures are new and in good condition, everything is there. Large, well-kept pool, always a relaxed atmosphere due to the limited number of fellow vacationers. Very friendly owner with the best olive oil. Location a bit off the beaten path (therefore not even a mobile network depending on the provider), but very relaxing. Siena center can be reached in 15 minutes. Top address for everyone who is looking for pure relaxation. But please note: Contrary to the description in the catalogue, there is no television and, in principle, no WiFi either – apart from a small corner on the right by the pool. We'd love to come back anyway.

Starting point for trips to beautiful Chiant and for hikes from the house. Very nice garden with a large pool.
