A lovely little cottage with a pizza oven outside under a canopy where you can light a fire with wood, courtesy of the owner, for a cozy fire. The interior is small and simply furnished, but it has everything you need. Unfortunately, after a few days, the water in the shower got a bit colder, and the water pressure kept dropping. They also have a cute dog, Briciola, which means "crumb," and a cat named "Crumbs"...coincidence?... However, the cottage isn't freestanding; their house is four meters away! The photos need to be updated!

The hosts are a very friendly couple who speak good English. The cottage is charming and rustically furnished. It's very quietly located among sunflower fields, far from any hustle and bustle. There's a great pizza oven and a Weber grill, for which you can use the owner's wood. Shopping facilities are within easy reach by car. There's a great, fully fenced run for our dog. We really enjoyed our vacation and would love to come back.

We spent a wonderful 6 nights here as a couple and would do it again anytime! The accommodation is equipped with everything you need, and the highlight was definitely the large, private outdoor pool. The property is very spacious, well-maintained, and fenced. The hosts are very kind and considerate; they live right next door to the accommodation and are therefore always reachable. They also always have great tips for excursions. We would definitely recommend the accommodation!

Very nice accommodation with a pool and a large garden for our dog, who felt very comfortable there. If you're looking for peace and quiet, this is definitely the place for you. The house is rustically furnished and very cozy. We'll definitely go back.

A very beautiful property; you immediately feel at home. The owners gave us a very warm welcome and immediately explained what activities were available and which places to visit. Overall, it was a very successful holiday.

A typical local house with an unheated pool. The area is shady and tree-lined. The lawn is very well-kept. The pool is constantly cleaned and maintained by the host. My daughter and I received a very friendly welcome; we were shown and explained everything we needed to know. The hosts also suggested places to visit. We stayed there for four weeks and felt very comfortable. We miss the pool very much. We received a loving farewell.

A beautiful little country house in the countryside surrounded by sunflower fields. The perfect house for anyone who wants to enjoy nature and peace. Our Labrador felt very comfortable.

We spent 14 days in the small but beautiful house in the heart of Tuscany. The very friendly and discreet hosts were always available with tips and information about the region. The property is completely fenced and therefore very suitable for dogs. The location of the house is rather remote in the middle of fields and therefore ideal for switching off.

Despite our late arrival, the landlords were VERY friendly, helpful and accommodating. The accommodation is clean and rustically furnished. We immediately felt very comfortable and at home. We did all of the excursions suggested by the landlord and were not disappointed. Since the apartment is in the middle of huge fields, it is very quiet. We will definitely come back.

House and Garden are an absolute dream, especially if you are traveling with a dog or kids. Everything is fenced, so they can't get lost. The house is beautifully built with a greatly equipes kitchen, authentic Espresso maker, a pellet oven, gas stove and a perfect terrace and pool area with outdoor fireplace and bbq opportunity. Your hosts are tremendously friendly and also have 2 cats, 2 kids and a dog. The area is not as touristic, yet there are plenty of possibilities for trips.

We loved this location very much, in particular for the stunning private pool and huge garden. Very peaceful too. We loved the cute little villa too. Just enough for 3 people.
