Del Freo

The Casa del Freo is very comfortable with a balcony in the very well-equipped kitchen, it offers a great view of the coast of northern Tuscany. We were very happy there, the rooms are nicely decorated and have comfortable beds. It is very practical to have a dishwasher. We did not use the washing machine.

No welcome to hand over the keys. Keys found on the door upon arrival. We never saw the owners during our entire stay. When we left, we left the keys on the door. I have never seen that. It is incredible. The outdoor area for eating is not clean. Very difficult to access the rental. Small road all in bends and very difficult to pass another vehicle. There are also several dogs that bark at times. It is very unpleasant.

The view from the balcony and terrace is really very nice. The cleanliness is not satisfactory and the "mass of water" from the toilet flush and shower is absolutely not sufficient. The location in town is very pleasant because of the many nice people and the very lavish shopping facilities for this town size. The only annoying thing is that there are hardly any cars on the main road, but dogs bark all the more at night.

We spent a week there. The house is very well equipped. However, we have made many trips, so we only used the most necessary things from the house. The landlady is very nice, unfortunately only speaks Italian. Electricity and water consumption will be deducted from the deposit at the end of the stay. The way to the house is a bit adventurous but it didn't bother me at all. The view of the sea and the mountains is beautiful. It really is a great area.
