Beautiful, large apartment with 3 large bedrooms, a lovely terrace and a huge garden. Functionally furnished. Don't forget your plug adapter. The best thing is the nephew next door who bakes bread. Incredibly delicious focaccia and bread. The location is also great, 5 minutes by car to Spiaggia Libera in Forte dei Marmi. There is a bit of a lack of cleaning equipment (vacuum cleaner). Otherwise everything is there.

After many properties with a secluded location, this stay was something different but really good. The large property and the spacious apartment as well as the garden area available for use are attractive. You actually get very little from the flatmates. There is also the possibility of supply from the existing vegetable cultivation. There are a few chickens and geese, next to the garden there is an open space where e.g. Currently 2 donkeys and an emu are at home. only the donkeys report times
