Here is a more than mixed feedback on this rental. Badly soundproofed accommodation, basic equipment, dilapidated bathroom to be reviewed (problems with draining water despite a technical intervention), terrace barely usable because of annoying sewage odors, fluctuating WIFI network, overall the services are minimal. Very nice garden and swimming pool with unlimited deckchairs. Parking secured by 1 gate. Very welcoming hosts. But rather old-fashioned housing nevertheless offering a pleasant terrace. The problem is that the various units in this house are poorly insulated. We hear everything. Flushing, laughter, cries and sometimes at late hours of the night. Which was our case with disrespectful neighbors.

Very clean, cozy and quiet apartment. The only drawback: the driveway is a bit defective and the garden lights could be turned off earlier, to save energy.

Very nice and quiet facility. A bit old but still in good shape. The location is stunning. This view from the pool. You have sun all day long. Everything is available in the kitchen.

Nice apartment on a beautiful complex. Everything you need in the apartment. Nice owner. Wonderfully quiet due to its small size. We had moments when we were the only residents (4 apartments in total).

A beautiful setting, a very nice pool, everything very clean. An excellent location to visit a lot, an hour from Pisa, Firenze, the coast.

We were the only residents 7 of the 10 days, we greatly enjoyed the peace and the view. The house was fine, the bed could be better. XXX, the caretaker, was a very helpful and friendly man.

There were two of us, and it was nice and spacious, both outside and inside. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived! From the pool nice view over Tuscany, good food at the local pizzeria. In the village there is also a (small) supermarket, for a larger supermarket or larger attractions you have to drive an hour. (35km inside)
