This charming stone house used to be a mill, so if you're looking for somewhere with a bit of history, this might just be the place. It's surrounded by land with gardens, a football field, swings and a private pool. With a tranquil stream running around the exterior of the home, you'll feel truly connected to nature. The home is just outside Montaione, where you'll find a range of authentic bars and restaurants. After a day of exploring Tuscany's medieval villages, local vineyards and stunning hiking routes, head home and fire up the pizza oven for an authentic Italian dinner.

Home truths:
*At full occupancy, two guests will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the study.
*For those with reduced mobility, there's a ground floor bedroom and bathroom here.
*Since the photoshoot, the home has undergone some renovations.
*The swimming pool isn't fenced. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
*The swimming pool is only available for use between 1st May and 30th September.
*Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. There's free parking here.
*One well-behaved dog is welcome to accompany you during your stay.
