Calm and exotic Nice accommodation but bad smell of sewers at times

View from apartment is fantastic, pool very nice and well maintained. Location is very quiet, very spacious garden and private. Apartment was not clean! Sewerage gives almost continuously a very unpleasant smell. The last few days the water from the tap sometimes smelled like rotten eggs. Wifi was moderate. Apartment had a number of other small problems, but these were solved immediately. Incidentally, there is only air conditioning in 1 bedroom (upstairs).

It was what we were looking for, it was just what we found. In the countryside, at the center of the destinations of interest, with the swimming pool. Peace & relaxation at will.

A very nicely located apartment with a nice pool. Nice sunbeds by the pool. The apartment is simple but well furnished. An excellent bed in the master bedroom. Upstairs a "children's bedroom" with a very sloping roof. We found this room not suitable for adults. You come up with a very narrow spiral staircase. The cottage was not clean and the key transfer went very quickly with little explanation. Management was not present. Beds were not made

Perfect for relaxation. The view is unique.

We love our stay, in the apartment is everything you need, the view is breaththaking! The children enjoyed the pool very much, we will definitely come back!

Had a pleasant stay calm and beauty of the place

We stayed in this apartment for the second time this year. And were excited again. You can have a wonderful breakfast on the terrace. The kitchen has everything you need. It is only a few steps to the pool. The pool itself is clean and was just the right size for us adults as well as for our kids. The view of the countryside is a dream. In the evening, the balcony is perfect for sipping your spritz as the sun sets. There are many destinations nearby that can be reached quickly: Volterra, San Gimignano, Florence, Siena, etc. Downside: A strong stench rises from the basement at irregular intervals (especially in the evening). Last year it was extreme, this year not so bad. Should be fixed urgently. We'll probably come back anyway because otherwise it's just perfect.
