This property was a great location to explore the Lucca area. Great hosts, vegetables from garden, i would certainly recommend. Great stay

When you think of a farmhouse, you think of a cool apartment. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. It was right under the roof, which wasn't very insulated. There was no solar system that you could use to run an air conditioner. It was almost unbearable. It was barely cool. In the evening and at night, you couldn't leave the lights on because you had to leave the windows open to cool down a bit. There wasn't enough storage space in the bathroom for 4 people. The WiFi isn't that good either.

The apartment and the pool were very well maintained, the pool can be used at any time. The crockery was a bit poor but clean and of good quality. A small supermarket can be reached on foot in a few minutes.

Nice location near Lucca. Excellent base for visiting Florence and Pisa. Lovely pool, beautifully maintained garden, very warm welcome by host.

There was something for each of us (age range 8-40 years). We'll be back for sure one day!

There were small disagreements about the heating costs, otherwise everything was fine and we really liked it there. However, the WiFi leaves a lot to be desired.
