Travel through the Tuscan Hills to find this charming villa. It’s just 11 kilometres from Lucca, the so-called city of a hundred churches, but it feels like a real rural hideaway. Panoramic views of the surrounding countryside can be admired from the terrace – ideally with a Spritz in hand – or from the veranda’s dining table. The villa was originally built in the 16th century, so you can look forward to the original stone walls, wooden beams, and terracotta floors. There’s space for a large group, whether you want to swim in the pool, practice yoga in the sunroom, or cook traditional Tuscan food in the kitchen.
