*At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living room.
*There's no lift here. You'll need to be able to climb fourteen steps to reach the first-floor entrance of the home.
*Given the home's central spot, above a restaurant, expect to hear some noise during your stay and especially at weekends.
*The laundry room is on the ground floor and is shared with two other apartments.
*The balcony is one continuous space that is divided up by planters for the individual apartments.
*There's one private and free parking space here. Please note that the house is located in a car-restricted zone, which you cannot access without being registered in advance.
