Holiday Rental Description

If you’re seeking an authentic taste of rustic Tuscany, this place is just the ticket. It’s right in the countryside, so having a car is essential, but you’re only a fifteen-minute drive from Lucca for tempting restaurants and historic piazzas. Back at villa, the interiors are lived-in and well-loved, adding a warmth that makes it feel like a true home away from home. It's worth noting the wi-fi can be a little temperamental, but with an outdoor space complete with a dining terrace and private pool, we think you’ll be too busy living la dolce vita to notice.

*This home accommodates a maximum of eight adults only. There is a toddler bed available in the main bedroom for a child.
*This is a rustic, lived-in home – expect some signs of general wear and tear.
*There are security cameras on the exterior of the home, but none inside.
*As this is a rural home, expect to see some insects, including bees and mosquitos.
*You’ll need to hire a car here. Please note, the road leading to the home is very narrow.
*Guests have access to all areas of the home, apart from one room which is locked.
*The pool is open from May to September. Let your host know in advance if you wish to use it in April, as early opening may be accommodated.
*Your host asks that you make sure to use the alarm system every time you leave the home.
