Holiday Rental Description

Taking up a significant patch of lush land in a small Umbrian village near the Tuscan border, this villa can sleep twenty-nine across the main house and annexe, making it the perfect destination for family reunions or intimate events. The traditional interior is what you'd expect from an older Sicilian home, and though some might find it a little outdated, it's a fair trade for the ample space, inside and out, and a private gym and spa. Admire the Lisciano Niccone hills from the private pool or the patio tables – ideal for alfresco dining before driving to Castello di Lisciano or Lake Trasimeno.

*The pool – available for use between 30th May and 30th September & isn't fenced, so children will need to be supervised at all times
*This home is spread over 2 floors, with no internal lift, but there’s a ground floor bedroom and bathroom here for those with reduced mobility
*We suggest hiring a car for ease – there's parking space for up to 10 cars here
*The bedrooms are split between the main house and an annexe
*1 x well-behaved dog is welcome with pre approval from your host
*Your host can provide a cot and high chair for free upon request
*There's an outdoor shower here
*Hen and stag parties are not allowed
*There is a possibility of a max 28 guests total at an extra cost of 30.00€ per guest, per day. Pre-approval needed
