Nestled in the countryside of Lisciano Niccone, this home is a great choice for a group getaway. While the traditional decor might not appeal to everyone, we think the views of rolling hills from the garden certainly will. The home itself is made up of five self-contained apartments, each with its own entrance. You’ll have your own private living space, but can hang out together by the pool, or enjoy a communal meal at the alfresco dining table. When you’re not barbecuing in the garden, you’ll find a restaurant nearby serving traditional Tuscan and Umbrian dishes. And if you want a daytrip, historic Cortona is a 22 kilometre drive away.
Home truths: *This home comprises five apartments – each with its own entrance, kitchen area, and assortment of bedrooms and bathrooms. The apartments sleep two, three, four, five, and six guests.
*At full occupancy, two guests will be sleeping on the sofa bed in one of the living areas. Three of the bedrooms have a double and single bed – these rooms are best suited to a family.
*While not all of the living areas and bathrooms are photographed, expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.
*The traditional decor here might not be to everyone's taste. It feels a little dated in parts.
*Well-behaved pets are welcome if requested in advance.
*The swimming pool is available for use between 15th May and 30th September. It isn't fenced, so children will need to be supervised.
*Your host can provide a cot and high chair for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
*Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car. There’s free private parking here.
