Situated on a picturesque winery estate half an hour from Florence, this villa is a true Tuscan treasure. The generous rooms are packed with period character (think frescoed ceilings and hand-picked antiques) yet offer all the contemporary comforts a large group could ask for. There's space for sixteen people here (with two kitchens and living rooms, and a sofa bed for two), so friends and family can share a special stay. Outside, enjoy drinks or a barbecue in the pretty private garden, or cool off with a dip in the communal pool. And this home is perfectly positioned for savouring life’s simple pleasures, like vineyard visits and scenic city sightseeing.

Home truths:
*At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the upstairs living area.
*The second floor is accessed via an external staircase in the courtyard.
*One of the bedrooms is on the mezzanine level and semi-open to the space below, so privacy is limited.
*Two of the sets of twin beds can be set up as super-king beds on request.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot for free. You'll need to request it in advance.
*You'll have access to the communal swimming pool here. It's shared with the estate's other residents and only available for use between 1st May and 30th September.
*Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. Free parking is available.
