Top Lyric provides the opportunity to live as a Florentine family – there’s none of the skimping you sometimes find in holiday flats, and everything from the storage to the kitchen appliances have been thought through. As you enter, you can imagine a grandmother calling the children through to the kitchen on a Sunday afternoon. And we haven’t even mentioned the location – arguably the biggest draw. It’s right by the Duomo, opposite the Baptistry of St John. The centre of Florence isn’t especially big, but even so, you can’t get more convenient than this.

*The home is located in the historic city centre. Traffic is limited and you might be unable to park near the home.
*There's air conditioning, but only in the bedrooms.

*As it's so central, you can expect a lot of tourists to pass by on the street below
*While as many as ten people can stay at once, there are only two bathrooms
