On the southern side of the River Arno, away from the busiest hotspots of the central city but still close enough to be part of the action, this studio apartment awaits its next guests. While it may be small, it makes up for it with its cosy furnishings, big windows, and of course its location. Perfect for a getaway for two, it’s the ideal spot to make your base as you trek your way through Florence – the grand and imposing Palazzo Pitti is very close by on foot, and it’s only a fifteen-minute walk to get into the central city.

Home truths:
*At full occupancy, one guest will be sleeping on the small single bed next to the double bed. As this is a small space, it may get a little cramped at full occupancy.
*You won't find an oven or dishwasher here – though there is a hob. We think the kitchen is better suited to prepping lighter bites than large meals.
*There are no in-unit laundry facilities here.
*Guests have access to the building's shared larger kitchen, lounge and a small gym.
*This home is on the second floor with no lift access. You'll need to climb a few flights of stairs to reach the apartment.
