If you want to stay right in the centre of Florence, this penthouse in the historic Via dei Pandolfini couldn’t be better located. It’s just minutes from all the main sights, shops and restaurants, and has impressive views of the Duomo from both the living area and the main bedroom. Inside, you'll find plenty of original character, with high vaulted ceilings and a dining spot that’s perfect for meals with a view. A dedicated workspace makes it ideal for business trips, too.

Home truths:
*Guests must be aged 21 and over, unless accompanied by an adult.
*Two of the bedrooms have double beds that can be separated into twin beds if preferred.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide two cots, two high chairs and a baby bath for free. You'll need to request them in advance.
*The lift fits a maximum of three people at a time, or less if there's luggage.
*There are a couple of stairs here and there throughout the apartment.
