Set on a quaint Tuscan estate, this apartment works as a great base for exploring Chianti with family or friends. You'll find plenty of charming spots to unwind in the gardens, including a shared pool – though you may be content to sit on your private loggia with a glass of local wine. The interiors of this home are classically Tuscan, but while it might lack modern style, there's no lack of comfort – it's easy to make meals in the kitchen, and the fireplace is a bonus for cosy evenings. From here, it's easy to drive to Siena for a day trip, while oenophiles can visit one (or more) of the many vineyards in the neighbourhood.
