Villa Mati is beautifully situated; the house is large; the entire Porto Bello complex is quiet and spacious, with plenty of space between neighbors. That's exactly what you need to know. There's a mini-market, but that's more or less it. If you want peace, space, and the sea, this is the place for you. The house itself has seen better days. Everything is a bit run-down and smells slightly musty. If you can live with that and can console yourself with the stunning view, then this is the right place for you.

The house is beautifully situated, with a fantastic view of the sea. Unfortunately, there is no sandy beach nearby. The house is very cheaply furnished, with plastic furniture, a mismatched set of dishes and glasses, only two lounge chairs, etc. The kitchen is very small, and the dishwasher is practically falling apart. There are no mosquito nets, even though there are a lot of mosquitoes, and sleeping with the windows closed is impossible due to the lack of air conditioning.

After 2024, this is our second stay in this property, which impresses with its location! We made sufficient comments about the infrastructure (so-so) during our last stay. Here are two additional comments: - Waste disposal: the "brown bucket" is missing; it wasn't there! - The water supply line below the sink in the kitchen is leaking. We placed a container underneath it to catch the water. Improved infrastructure would be beneficial to maintain the value of the property!

Upon our arrival, there was a strong musty smell in the villa. 2 mattresses were very dirty and had no mattress pads. Regarding maintenance, there was only an outside broom, without a bucket or mop, it was impossible to clean the house during our stay of 6. The fridge is very old and does not work: it freezes all the food and leaks due to defective seals. Despite my messages to report all this, nothing was done. I was told how to do without things.

The house is beautifully situated. Since we were there a little early in the season, unfortunately, no restaurants within walking distance were open. We had paid for three bed linens but only found two. Despite our emails and calls, we were unable to contact Interhome in Olbia. The dishes in the kitchen cupboards were dirty, and the cleanliness otherwise left much to be desired. There wasn't a single sheet of toilet paper, and no trash cans, even though we were supposed to dispose of it. The Wi-Fi password was incorrect.

We had an amazing week at Villa Mati. The views are just stunning and make up for anything the villa lacks. Our only complaint would be about the bed linen. We were shocked this isn't included in the price of the rental. Added to that, the beds weren't made up & none of the sheets fitted the beds.

The house is basically beautiful and in a charming location with nice details, such as room lighting or outside - inside area, very light-flooded. Unfortunately, the kitchen area was lacking as were all the saggy mattresses. A wicker chair at the dining table was broken, as was the outside lounge. It would be appropriate to have intact seat cushions for inside and outside. The WiFi didn't work, but was fixed by the management immediately when a complaint was made. There were also many other defects.

The place is beautiful and quiet. The rooms are spotless. On the other hand, the kitchen lacks basic equipment (3 bowls for 6 people, no products to start with: salt, dishwashing liquid, etc.) No check-in or check-out, we didn't see anyone, it was the guard at reception who gave us the keys.

The location is really splendid but the kitchen equipment is very poor with worn and not very functional pots. Terrible waste management, which certainly does not depend on Interhome, but the collection was "skipped" for a whole week.

The villa has a beautiful sea view and is perfect for those seeking tranquility. We were very satisfied.

In the outdoor area it had 1 garden sofa and 2 lounge chairs + 2 deck chairs, the upholstery was missing. The house had a lot of ants (including kitchen drawer). To combat this we had to buy ant traps. Lots of dead mosquitoes in the house. No mosquito net, no fan. Bed linen (2 sheets). Old, uncomfortable pillows. Waste separation: too few containers & lid defective). WLAN labeling not written down correctly. Siphon in the bathroom dripped, rags had to be unthreaded every day.
