Dalia 16 - Vista Village Villa 16

I would bot recomend staying here as the local and central customer service is not working. Arriving at the property we discovered that the aircondition in both bedrooms were broken. It took them 4 nights and 3 days to fix and the local customer service was rude and offensive the whole stay. It was an interesting experience trying to sleep inside In 35 degrees. The property has a nice exterior however the tennis court can not be player on as the surface is pretty worn.

The outdoor area is extremely attractive, with a great pool and view. The interior of the apartment leaves a lot to be desired. Very spartanly furnished, not homely. The kitchen is a very basic camping cooking facility. The fact that the key has to be picked up and returned at a different location does not correspond to my idea of good service. No internet connection in the apartments is completely unacceptable. Air conditioning throttled, but still charged in full.

It is a wonderful holiday complex, very well maintained with a great view. Accessibility, location including access and garage fits. Service on site or by mail was very good. What I didn't like so much: - no WLAN access in the apartment - kitchen equipment (only 4 knives,...) - cleanliness on arrival - street noise

Beautiful holiday complex on a hillside with a great view of the island of Tavolara. Facility is very well maintained. Pool also very good. The apartments themselves are still in good condition overall, but the standard is on the verge of being outdated (bathroom, kitchen). Common facilities such as a washing machine are also borderline, something could easily be done about that. Hopefully that will happen because of course the facility and the whole resort area are superb.

the key must be delivered only in Olbia after 16.00 not to the accommodation / the TV, the microwave / the hairdryer have a schuko connection and there was not even an adapter / the air conditioning remote controls were missing for two days / one was missing linen
