+ Nice place, wonderful view, beautiful and well-kept garden, apartment clean and purpose-built, parking in the building, good service. - Handover and collection of keys in Olbia, bed linen and towels must be ordered and paid extra, wi-fi only works/does not work in some places

The location is very nice, on a hillside and yet the center with all the shops is easily accessible on foot in a few minutes. The garden and the pool are maintained and cleaned daily, the staff and the office in Olbia are always available. A lively place even at the end of the season and not just a tourist town.

Our apartment in Vista Village was nice - standard Italian. I wouldn't go there with a small child, since the footpaths can be very long depending on the apartment, there are steps everywhere and the pool is not child-safe. There is no WiFi except at the pool and at the "reception" (which is not - the office is outside), the air conditioning does not go colder than 25° and there is no oven. Our problems were only partially solved

Nice location close to all kinds of beautiful beaches and within walking distance of restaurants and supermarkets. Apartment was basic furnished. We had booked it for a two bedroom apartment but the second bedroom had no doors and was open to the living room. That is difficult with small children who go to bed earlier. On request for extra linen, after several calls, no response has been received. The texts in the complex and in the letter are mainly aimed at what is not allowed. Beautiful garden!
