During our two-week stay, 4 different defects had to be fixed (2 leaking water pipes in the kitchen, leaking boiler, defective toilet flushing). The technician had to come 3 times, followed by a cleaning team. The water damage in the kitchen had been there for a long time so that the underside of the kitchen was soaked with water and mold formed. it stunk accordingly musty in the closets. there is still more to patch up in the apartment, a thorough renovation is overdue

The house is sufficient and well equipped for a family. The large outdoor area over several floors invites you to linger. The direct location on the beach cannot be beat and is an absolute dream. Only the shower directly over the toilet takes a little getting used to, but it's a drama.
