When we arrived, the key was not there. Only after a call to Switzerland and more than 2 hours of waiting were we able to get into the apartment in the evening. We had rented the apartment for 1 week. Most of the time, the balcony door was broken and we could not use the balcony. The door was only repaired 1 day before departure. The cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The inventory is worn and you sleep in bed linen made of 100% polyester. Overall, not recommended.
