Apartment very well equipped. Balcony and bedroom doors close poorly and are not airtight. Washing machine was not clean and still damp. Ramp to garage very steep, drive very slowly and stay on the left side of the gate because otherwise the spoiler will hit the ground when it bends! Drive back into the garage because there is not much room to maneuver! Only managed it with the help of my partner! Not suitable for larger vehicles! Residents of apartments there have small vehicles!

Older apartment with sea view in the second row in Sestri Levante. The location is good, but the train tracks are very close! Unfortunately, the window in the bedroom cannot be closed 100%. The kitchen is new and the fittings, sink, toilet and shower tray in the bathroom are also new! The tiles everywhere in the apartment are from the 70s/80s. The double bed has an acceptable mattress. The second small room has no windows and is very small! Garage is unusable

Clean apartment, close to the sea and all amenities. Ideal for a short stay. A beautiful bedroom with a large double bed, a large living room. On the other hand a small room with two beds without windows where it is difficult to put two adults. Very good for two children. Very close to the train station with noise from the trains.

The apartment has a generous size and a comprehensive equipment for this price. Ideal for two people as the second bedroom has no windows. Key collection was nice and hassle-free. The house is conveniently located on the map in terms of transport, in reality you don't get much from the road and the train traffic is bearable. The apartment is clean, the facility is functional. For the price we found the offer outstanding.

Good is near the beach and train station. The noise from the trains is bad and when it's windy it pulls through the apartment. The gentleman who handed over the keys only spoke Italian and a deposit of 200 euros had to be paid in cash. The garage parking space can only be used by a very experienced driver.
