Villetta Luciana

We really enjoyed our holiday in Villetta Luciana. The location is extremely quiet, which is particularly pleasant at night. Everything you need for a holiday in a holiday home is there, including a grill and washing machine. The garden with olive, orange and lemon trees is a beautiful place. The terrace, which extends over two sides, can be used all day long, as you wish. There is always a sunny or shady spot. The owners are very nice and helpful.

The large garden offers plenty of space for dogs and children. Since the terrace runs around the corner of the house, you can enjoy the sun all day long. The landlords are very friendly and accommodating.

Totally relaxed holiday. Our dog also felt totally comfortable on the completely fenced property. The owner came by every other day to tend the garden. He always provided us with fresh vegetables and great tips for trips and activities. We'll definitely be back

Pleasant stay couple of friendly owners. Oil jams on arrival and vegetables from the vegetable garden offered during the stay. Quiet and cool house, air conditioning available. Lots of mosquitoes. A lot of wasps and bees because several fruit trees around. Pleasant and well maintained garden. Only downside related to cat or dog hair on the sofa, and pool emptied the day before departure when we still wanted to use it. Pool cold the first 2 days

We have booked this house for the second time and have been extremely satisfied again this year. We will spend a few days in this beautiful place again next year. The landlord couple is very nice and generous with the fine delicacies from their wonderful garden. Thank you very much!

Beautiful holiday home. Immaculate spacious living room and 2 separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Particularly friendly and attentive owners. Very good internet and ample parking within the domain. We saw the owner come daily to work in his vegetable garden, which he is very proud of. Good starting point for trips to explore the southern Levante. The train is a recommended means for this.

Very friendly landlord couple, communication in French and Italian (with hands and feet). Jam as a welcome gift, vegetables from our own garden and herbs to say goodbye. Everything was very clean, the pool was refilled for each guest. Atypical for Italy: hard mattresses, very comfortable for us. Small drawback: this year many mosquitoes.

since we were in this house in 2017, we can now review our opinion. Last year very, very friendly, this year very reserved, so we had the impression that we were not welcome. Last year very good communication despite language differences, this year we got to understand a conversation unnecessary because of communication problems. We also got everything from our own garden, where we really don't depend on it but it was nice, this year there was nothing, the fruit a lot and rotted next to us. The pool is still to be cleaned by yourself, despite a lot of rain and growth, the lawn was not cut so that we had a big mosquito problem here, too, he sprayed it last year, which would not be possible this year because of the humidity Last year there were no costs to us on site, this year he suddenly asked €26 extra for taxes and cleaning, we always leave a holiday apartment cleaned without using linen and towels because we have everything with us. We don't understand this behavior because you yes be happy no if someone comes for the second time is clean and tidy. We didn't feel welcome for the 2nd time.

We, mother, adult daughter and labrador, were able to live in the cosy, well-kept Villetta Luciana. We especially enjoyed the beautiful garden, but so did our dog spent relaxing, eventful weeks in Sestri Levante and the surrounding area. Thank you both. I can only confirm the previous reviews.

We can only recommend this house! The accommodation corresponded 100% to the description in the ad. The house is family furnished. The property is very spacious, and our dog felt very comfortable in and around the house. The house and property are very well maintained and equipped. The landlord is extremely nice, courteous and helpful. Even without knowledge of German and English great communication (landlord speaks Italian + French). We felt like we were staying with good friends. What we more than liked were the extremely warm owners of the property. We were greeted with homemade jams and on the day of departure we had a large basket of herbs and vegetables from the garden in front of the door and pomegranates. The location on the edge of Sestri Levante was ideal for us for hiking in the area and in the Cinque Terre to do with our dog.Sestri Levante also has two beautiful beaches where you can feel good. We were here in October, in the high season this is maybe a little different, i.e. fuller. So much for the location. Mille grace!
