Rosetta Apartment 4

Had a one week stay at this apartment with our family kids aged eight and 11. The apartment is spacious clean really comfortable double bed, The area is a short 10 minute walk to the beach, really close by with all shops and restaurants. The only slight disappointment we had with the apartment was it needs maintaining, shower head was broken Some cabinets wasn’t working properly and on the bed covers there was some slight yellow marks. Simple stuff! Sestri levante is great place to see!

Communication was difficult because the keyholder only spoke Italian. Information from Interhome was rude and contradictory.

Communication with the key manager is very difficult without Italian language skills. When we arrived at 8 p.m., the chairs had not been removed from the table and the room had not been aired. This was actually necessary all day as it smelled very musty. One bed had no blanket and was not covered. The couch was very dirty. The stool was very worn. The TV didn't work. The remote control also worked without a battery. Everything seemed very worn.

Great accommodation, very quiet location and easy to reach on foot - even if you arrive by train. Very nice landlord, you should take something to read with you - TV only in Italian

Excellent location, peace and quiet, silence to rest, isolated but just a few minutes from the sea, even on foot.

Wonderful stay, the location is wonderful & generally quiet. 5 minutes by bike to the beach/old town. Contact person on site was available for us at any time, very friendly and helpful. Communication was also possible with our little knowledge of Italian. Our apartment didn't have a direct terrace/balcony, but there was a beautiful inner courtyard. We'll be back :-) The only suggestion for improvement: fly screens against mosquitoes :-)

We were completely satisfied! The accommodation is close to nature, quiet and beautiful, yet central and the living room is spacious and very appealing in its rusticity!

We have been renting this apartment for years. Every time we come, it is more basic. This visit, the 2 living room lamps were gone, leaving none in the living room. The key holder loaned us one from his bedroom. There were no couch pillows. One couch was covered with a sheet. There was no fan to borrow (it got warm and the mosquitos came out in force). The drying cupboard door has been broken for quite some time. Bottom line - some work is needed indoors and broken items need replacing.

The house and gardens are very well maintained.
