Casa Lambruschini

Very welcoming apartment equipped with everything you need, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, one of which is dedicated to the master bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a TV. The only flaw is that the sofa is a bit dated and the seat sinks in, I have been using it for several years. Clean apartment.

As per tradition, I take a holiday in Sestri Levante, and as per tradition we do it at Casa Lambruschini, which among the various houses we have used is the best.

The house is very beautiful. It's a shame that the work they are doing is so invasive that the holiday was ruined. On the site there is mention of work on the structure but the extent is not specified which consists of work involving scaffolding... drills... pre-numatic hammers...

We felt comfortable in the apartment. It is well equipped, close to the beach and the old town. The mattress in the large bedroom was uncomfortable, but we were able to move to the second bedroom. There was painting work going on in the house, which was a bit of a shame because you couldn't open the windows very well, but it didn't bother us too much and we were informed in advance.

everything was perfect! The location practically right on the sea was very nice and practical, unfortunately the train passes behind the house and a main road in front of the house... otherwise great!

Great place to stay to enjoy Italy at its best. A short walk from the city center so that you can enjoy a bit of peace and less traffic. Close to a free public beach with clean water and few salespeople. If you sleep lightly you need to pay for ac, to be able to close your windows and keep the noise from the road and the trains out. We kept the windows open, enjoyed the breeze and ingnored the crazy Italians speeding and honking their horns. The place was clean, newly renovated and well equiped.

Highly recommended. Super-equipped and very clean house. Hosts available and accurate. Excellent sea view location.
