Detached bungalow set in extensive grounds. House with well equipped kitchen. Bathroom with shower, three toilets. 1km from Moyard shop. Owner lives at rear of grounds.

Travel for 8km on N59 North from Clifden. The premises is the fourth house on the left after the craft shop. House has grey stone wall entrance.
