Cúlánn is a family-friendly, detached cottage set in the popular town of Clifden, County Galway. There are three bedrooms, each with their own en-suite, sleeping up to six people. Wifi There's also a ground floor cloakroom, an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area, and a separate utility room. Outside, there is off road parking for two cars, plus a patio garden with furniture. Set a few minutes' walk from the stunning coastline, and within easy reach of the local amenities, Cúlánn occupies a fantastic location for your Galway getaway.

Clifden is a vibrant and popular town located in the western reaches of County Galway, close to the famed Connemara National Park. It is home to a fantastic range of pubs, shops and eateries and plays host to a variety of colourful festivals and events which are held throughout the year. It is the Capital of Connemara and is perfectly located as a base for exploring this stunning region, with its unparalleled beauty and breathtaking natural landscapes.

We were badly let down by Sykes Cottages.. Our original cottage holiday in Villa16 Youghal Co Cork was cancelled due to sale of that property which Sykes never told us about. Only found out the evening before we were due to travel. Apparently the property was sold 6 months ago and yet I was able to book and pay for it in June. We had to take the house in Clifden at last minute which was lovely but not an ideal location for children and still didn’t make up for original disappointment .

Really enjoyed are stay at Cullan for the third time.. The location is perfect for the town centre but very peaceful spot. The only problem that we did encounter was controlling the heating system, we followed all instructions but still could not get it to work. This has not put us off returning as we really enjoy Cullan for our yearly retreat to the West of Ireland. Thank you.

Great location for Clifden and easy parking.. Well equipped house, warm and clean. We enjoyed our stay. My only disappointment was the absence of available WiFi in the house. However, would still consider a return if holidaying in the area again, so not a deal-breaker, but WiFi is expected these days.

Booking through Skyes was very easy and plenty of advice on the area we were going to.. The directions to the house were great and information on getting the key. The house was really lovely, 3 bedrooms, each with an ensuite plus extra toilet downstairs. It was less than 5 minute walk into clifden town so it was ideal. We really enjoyed our stay and if we are in Clifden again we will definetly stay in Culann house again.

Lovely cottage in a secluded area, very close to the town of Clifden so no need to take your car when going for a meal and a drink.. The Pubs and restaurants in Clifden are very good. The Atlantic Way is very close by and is great for walking or driving and stopping at the lovely beaches along the way.

What a beautiful property, excellent location, perfectly decorated, immaculately clean.. need I say anymore fantastic time. Thank you too the owner and for Sykes cottages for making this property available, the saddest part about the holiday is that we had to come home. Will definitely be returning to Cullan at sometime in the future.

Culann was in a great location to the town, which was only a couple of minutes walk away, but still located in a beautiful quiet area. Very close to beaches and places of interest.

A fantastic place to stay - minutes walk to Clifden centre and very close to the Sky Road where unrivalled views over Connemara can be seen. It was a beautifully presented, clean and comfortable house with excellent facilities and games/DVDs to enjoy. Would stay here again without a shadow of a doubt and would recommend to family and friends.
