We liked the apartment. The location is great for us, who wanted to walk along the Reinstieg, and is very easy to reach by bus (also late in the evening). The apartment is well equipped and clean.

The apartment could be better maintained, you could prepare it nicely with little effort. The mattress of the small bed was very worn. The windows were very milky and dirty. The kitchen is very very old. When we arrived there were dead flies etc all over the ground. A new vacuum cleaner is urgently needed. Despite everything we had a great time, enough space with children and dog.

All in all good, only the equipment of the kitchen appliances (ladle, large meat knife, etc. could be better. The furniture could also be replaced. But otherwise everything was good. The internet access in the room should be improved, you can only use it with your cell phone not with a laptop.

The apartment is adequate and functional. We visited friends and actually only slept in the apartment. The living room is a passage room, so really only an emergency sleeping place. It is not a complete holiday park, but a residential building with individual holiday apartments. The location is a bit out of the way, but you have a great view. Nice contact staff was on site during opening hours.

The house itself is not pretty, but the apartment is practical and nicely furnished for a nice walking holiday. In between you can relax in the in-house pool and in the sauna.

This apartment is furnished with very old furniture. The kitchen is bulky and one bed sagged when first put on it. The walls have holes in them and the windows are cloudy with dirt. All in all not a place where you want to spend your vacation.

We spent 3 nights in the apartment with small children and a dog. The premises are spacious. You can tell by looking at the facility that it has been around for a number of years and is quite worn out. A renovation and modernization would be desirable here. Nevertheless, it was clean and you could feel comfortable. We also liked the location at the height and could do all sorts of things from there.

Spacious stay, with some meager shower/bath possibility. Windows can clearly be washed once. It seems as if there is a permanent fog outside. Unfortunately no WiFi. Located near Bad Ems = recommended.

The apartment was clean and everything you need was there, but everything is very old. The kitchen and bathroom in particular are extremely old, making it difficult to feel comfortable. Overall, the resort is beautiful and the on-site support was good. There is a small shop nearby where you can buy small items, such as sweets, drinks, flowers, etc. Among other things, you can also get coffee and ice cream there, which you can enjoy on a cozy terrace, where there are also a few animals (ponies, goats, rabbits, etc.) to look at for the children and a small playground. A bus drives every hour down into the city and also to Koblenz, where you can make nice trips.
