Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC, bath/shower/WC. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm. One of the two bathrooms (shower / WC) is located in the mezzanine. Courtyard (10 m2). When reserving the extra beds, a separate third bedroom (18 m2) is available within the apartment with 1 double bed (180 x 200 cm), this room adjoins a barn (window without direct sunlight overlooking the barn).

Please note: Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. Mosel 150 m. The cottages are located near the famous winery Walter J. Oster with 10.5 hectares of vineyards (Bremmer Calmont (Europe's steepest vineyard), Neefer Frauenberg, Ediger Elzhofberg), visits and wine tasting (8-10 wines) are possible for a fee on request and by appointment.
