Well located, partly renovated, but unfortunately with odor nuisance in the entrance hall of the adjacent workshop/garage (odor also came back in the supplied bedding and sheets); not accessible for people with walking difficulties, is not on the ground floor, communal garden is higher up and is not inviting. Carpet in the rooms is neat but gives a musty smell, especially in the small room that is very dark.
